Nex MOQ is a Shopify app built and operated by Nex App Studio. It helps merchants set minimum and maximum order quantities, minimum order amounts, and checkout validation rules for their stores.

When we say "we," "us," or "our" in this policy, we mean Nex App Studio. When we say "you" or "your," we mean you as a user of our website (nexmoq.com) or our Shopify app.

What Data We Collect

Website visitors

When you visit nexmoq.com, we collect basic analytics data through Cloudflare Web Analytics. This is a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies or track individual visitors. It collects:

  • Page views and referral sources
  • Country-level location (not precise geolocation)
  • Browser and device type

No personally identifiable information is collected from website visitors.

Shopify app users

When you install and use the Nex MOQ Shopify app, we receive certain data from Shopify as part of the standard app installation process. This may include:

  • Your store name and Shopify domain
  • Your name and email address (as the store owner or staff member who installs the app)
  • Product and collection data needed to configure order rules

We only access the data necessary to provide the app's functionality. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Provide and maintain the Nex MOQ app and its features

We retain your app data for as long as your Shopify app installation is active. If you uninstall the Nex MOQ app, we delete your stored data within 30 days.

Website analytics data is retained by Cloudflare according to their data retention policies and does not include personally identifiable information.

  • Correct inaccurate data
